Always have excellent service at North Central. I bought my 2013 F 150 new at North Central and they are the only place I use for service on the truck.
The service advisor was great it was Patricia Parker, but if you get a carwash there don't expect it to be a good one because you still have bugs on your vehicle I prefer to do it myself. I had a very good experience buying my truck went smoothly it's my second one there.
Reliable service at the service dept. They let you know up front how long it will take....
Customer Service is always professional and informative when explaining what needs to be done at the time of service.

Their maintenance, though a little pricey, is very good. Thy stand behind their warranties. Their sales department pushed the product not the deal.
We have been purchasing our vehicles from Norm Heinz for the last 17 plus years and would not go anywhere else unless he left North Central Ford. My focus was totaled in the recent hail storms and I needed a vehicle ASAP. He got me in one within 24-hours of us texting each other and shopping on line which was a new experience for me, only took three hours one evening to test drive and finance my new Escape which I love very much.
