Ronnie Ralph was our service representative and he was excellent. He is always extremely polite and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Ronnie Ralph and North Central Ford. This is where I always take my car for regular oil changes and any other car maintenance.
Been without a car since Saturday because of a serpentine belt. A Serpentine belt! We get Saturday since service department closed at 430 and Saturday since they are closed but two days open and still. No loaner car because they only have 2 in the and both are out, couldn't offer any other form of assistance just stood there and stared at us.
