The absolute best service experience I have ever had. What makes it more amazing is that I have experienced this level of of service for the entirety of my Ford ownership (since 2012). All of my maintenance is performed here (preventative, recall, parts failure). The prices are competitive, and the service managers are extraordinary. I will be purchasing my next vehicle from North Central Ford because of their commitment to outstanding customer service.

My time at the Ford location was short and sweet..I drive a Honda and needed an inspection to get my registration updated. The machine was down and all customers were redirected to North Central Ford. To my surprise, I was out and on my way within an hour. They did not bump me to the end of the line since I wasn't their original customer. I will make reference to that incident and how friendly everyone was.
I always get good service when I take my Escape in for it's maintenance. Last visit, though, I waited longer than usual......seems they failed to put the tag 'client waiting' tag on it, and when I finally enquired, it was waiting for me out front.
