I'm guessing this dealership only cares about you if you are buying a car. My ac wasn't working so I had it checked out by a local auto shop. They said the entire compressor and everything was shot. I took it into North Central Ford because it was still under warrantee and their service department said it was only the lower something leaking. 7 months later (after the warantee has expired) it starts doing it again. Called and asked if they had a RS, they did. Asking if I can test drive it, they said yes. Showed up and after 45 minutes they told me no one can test drive it but they will call me back tomorrow to work something out but never called me back. I called David McDavid (only other dealer with a RS at the time) and they let me test drive the one they had no questions asked. 3 months later North Central cold called me trying to get me to come look but not drive a RS.
I have had a great experience with their service department!
Where do I start?
As someone who has purchased 8 vehicles over the years from this dealership, and a former employee from when the Ballargeons owned it, i would at least expect to be treated with respect. I just purchased a used "as is" vehicle. Before leaving they found the fuel gauge did not work, so the put on the "we owe" that they would fix the fuel gauge.
