Excellent services! I got 2017 Ford Expedition King Ranch and traded in my old Expedition on 10/27/2016. Sale consultant Tom Nazar and Sale Manager Nino Mansour were very helpful and professional. The whole buying process was simple and straight forward, one more happy customer from your dealership. I would definitely recommend them to anyone !
The worst customer service!! Left messages with multiple employees and I just keep getting "transferred" bought an F150 in Apr 2014 since then 3 transmission complete failures. Customer service rums as good as the broke down truck.
We drove 5 hours to find my son a car. Coming from a small town we were frustrated with all the car dealerships we visited in the Dallas and surrounding areas. This place was one of the last two places we stopped at. We went back because the deal we were being offered was very, very good. We went over our intended budget but came out knowing we got a GREAT deal! I am confident that my grandson will be driven around in a safe vehicle and you can't put a price tag on that. Brad helped us a lot, I went to only test drive the car thinking it was impossible for me to qualify since my credit history is so short and he was able to get me qualified with an even lower rate than my credit union offered. Definitely recommend.
