Just visited to check on availability of used truck. Salesmen all hanging out inside. No one came out to see me. When it was confirmed that the vehicle was already sold, they didn't even try to interest me in something else. Lazy, lazy salesmen.
I've been coming to the North Central Ford dealership for regular vehicle maintenance for almost 8 years. Today it took them 3 hours to change my oil. I wasn't satisfied with my last maintenance visit either so I won't be going back.
We got two vehicles and Brad Cook was absolutely amazing!!! He went above and beyond to help us get a good deal. HIGHLY recommended! Thank you again!
