We have purchased four vehicles in three years but today you lost a customer for life. You refused to take care of a warranty issue, you charged us for services that we didn’t authorize and when we asked to speak to a manager we were told “ I don’t have time for you.” This is perhaps the worst car buying experience we have ever had.
Beyond dissatisfied with the service department. I was told yesterday that I could bring my car in today to have my airbag replaced for free under a recall and that my rental would be covered. I brought my car in today and was told that my rental would not be covered and to top it off they told me that there were no parts at any ford dealership in Texas and that it would probably take months to get. I called Rockwall ford and they said they could order me a part based on my vin instead of just telling me it would take months... read more
Wonderful car buying experience! All of the staff members were courteous and professional. Their prices were very fair. Jack shanks and Chris marchant were incredibly knowledgable and helpful. I will definitely be a returning customer!!!
Buy a $60k Ford Raptor from them and when the tires have gone bad in 15k mi due to factory issues, I can barely get anyone to talk to me and the service department expects me to drop it off for days until they can "get to it". All the while I'm left to my own devices for travel. Absolute joke!
