I've never dealt with Newpro before but the house that my fiance and I just bought has 9 of their windows. When I tried washing them and noticed that the latches on them were broken I called them. They were here to service them for a small fee very quickly. The shining star for this company is the service man that came to fix them. Bob. He was polite, on time and went above and beyond.

I believe I must have reached out to this company some time ago about getting a quote. Since then they have added me to some automated call list that calls me twice a day every day. If I answer I get no response and they often leave a 2 second voicemail with no content. I have called and left voicemails about being removed from their call list and have not received a response. This is beyond trying to obtain customers and is borderline harassment. I would not use this company since they clearly are not organized or responsiv... read more

We bought New Pro "triple pane" windows about fifteen years ago with a lifetime warranty for repairs and/or replacement. Just the other day (some fifteen years later) one of the windows had some parts break, so we called New Pro to see how they would stand behind their warranty. To our pleasure they sent out a tech. promptly and he replaced the parts and fixed the window in no time flat at no cost; just as stated all those years ago. Newpro bath facelift: The techs showed up on time. They fully explained all phases of the job, they were friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable. The tech who did most of the install made sure drop cloths were used to cut down on dirt in the house , gave his all to the job and cleaned up when the job was complete. Although it took far too long, the re-modeled shower we finally got was just what we had wanted. However, we began the project in October and it was not completed until the end of April the next year! There were multiple ordering and installation issues that were very frustrating. It appeared that NEWPRO was learning on the job. To NEWPRO's credit, they corrected at their expense all issues and were never combative concerning our complaints and issues.
