If I could give negative stars I would. We agreed to use this company and pay twice what others were charging because they had a great sales presentation and we thought we would be in good hands with good customer service. Well it started the first day or so of the job, it was a pouring rainstorm and we came home to see the workers had removed all our outside light fixtures and left the wires just dangling open. The job manager did come back out and fix that so we still thought things were going well. In the next day or so m... read more

From the start the salesmen were very friendly. Our go to guy most of the time was Terrell M*****. He always answered my emails and was very accommodating. The installers Mike and Jon were again very friendly and efficient and explained everything that they were doing. Great windows!

Newpro was great in particular Paul M********* who is a true craftsman. He was able to replace our curved rotten wood window sills with great skill His partner Trevor B***** was a dedicated worker and skilled in the finishing flashing I would want these two on any future window needs
