Good Morning , I had a sliding glass door and was having trouble locking the door. the service man Bill P**** came to my home and was a perfect professional and gentlemen, He took the time to teach me how to lock the door after he repair the mechanism . I would like to acknowledge his work and willingness to teach me how to work the sliding glass door. I have all NewPro windows and doors they are a great Company and their service is fantastic. **** **** *

To start off, I did not purchase anything from this company. I had a free consultation. This went mostly fine. The guy was nice, and explained what the product is, how it works, why it is better than alternatives, etc. He then gave price, which was ~11k for just a shower/bath combo. Other companies have given me ~7.5k for tile shower/bath combo, as well as tile floors, re-doing the walls, and removing popcorn ceilings. We had our new bathroom renovation (tub to shower) installed yesterday. Mike G******* arrived on time and was very professional. He was very careful with our flooring and the area of the house. He was diligent and very self-assured doing his job. Great employee to have on your staff. By the way, bathroom looks great.

PLEASE DO NOT GO WITH NEWPRO , they have the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We recently bought a house in Providence RI and they came with Newpro Windows with original receipts. We called Newpro in September because they have a “ Lifetime warranty that is transferable once” . The windows /house had only the original owner and then us . We called the Wrentham service department and Selena told us that only the Frame is covered for the lifetime .
