We decided to have our bathtub converted into a shower and received a quote of $6500, complete with glass doors, from a national company. We then called NewPro to compare options and price. They quickly sent out their salesman the next morning who cleverly snuck in stories of his tractor purchase and how he went way over his budget to get quality. NewPro customer service representative Dominick arrived on time. We looked at the windows that needed attention and he determined what was required for the repairs. He had all the parts on his truck and had everything fixed in under an hour. Showed us a great idea using furniture polish to make the windows open and close with less effort. Dominick did an excellent job. I also appreciate that he used appropriate PPE while doing the repairs.

Everything about this company deserves negative stars! I had just purchased an old home, and needed a new shower, i gave newpro a try....wish I never had. Everything , I mean EVERYTHING went wrong... 1.)a misleading sales rep.... lied and said we HAD to accept their quote that day or its no good at the price given, yet their ads on TV say its good for a year, didnt see those ads until after the fact. 2) Took 3 months to install after measurements were all wrong from the get, new shower had to be ordered and REinstalled, all ... read more

They tried the hard sell and were very unprofessional. Never left a quote but was just shown a price on the sales persons phone. Sat through 2 hours of a sales pitch and then when I said give me the quote- need to think about spending $18000 on a shower was asked if I could make decisions on my own - why did I need more time. Horrible experience and 2 hours where I was respectful wasted on someone who turned out to be very rude to me. I said right from the start I wasn't signing right away. -

We are going on 31 days of an unfinished bathroom project that was guaranteed in 48 hours at most. We’ve given up 8 days of inconveniencing our lives to have things fixed with inexperienced plumber and we have zero results! No working bath or shower after 31 days with a 7 month old! Beyond frustrated! ??

The installer, Mat V** ****** arrived on time, went to work and completed the job the same day. He was knowledgeable about the product he was installing. At the completion of the job he went over the does and don’ts for the new shower.
