Our NewPro bathroom remodel was ALMOST a 5 Star experience. We contacted NewPro in February, as we wanted to transition our tub into a step-in shower. Fred from the design and sales team spent time explaining the process and set a tentative April date for NewPro installers to come. He also arranged for them come back to install a new vanity, toilet, and cabinet/light fixture (which we supplied) a few days later, after another contractor laid new flooring. Fred was excellent. The installation of my bath by Newpro went flawless and the end result was fantastic. The installer Kevin Swindell had a greet personality and very easy to talk to. His workmanship was second to none from laying down drop clothes to protect by floors and rugs to addressing any issues that arose along with the plumber (don't remember name) who also had a good personality. I am beyond pleased with the end result as well as his workmanship. I would highly recommend Newpro for any work they perform.

Scott J. Did an excellent job removing and installing our new bath tub and walls. He was professional and courteous. Cleaned up nicely and covered up areas that could have been affected. Could not have asked for a nicer person. Also, could not believe he was alone and completed the job on time.
John & Mike were very professional,friendly, and arrived on time. They were amazingly meticulous and cleaned up EVERY piece of debris and didn't leave a mess. Although the window replacement was a bit pricey I would highly recommend. On a whole the entire staff that we engaged with at Newpro were very professional and friendly and seemingly strive for exceptional customer service.
Dan L*******, came to my home on time to do drywall work on my master bathroom. Dan's work is excellent and I would use him for all my wall repairs. Perfect job.
