Matt A****** did a great job working by himself to remove our old tub and install the new shower basin and walls. He arrived on time and I never saw him take a break. He was pleasant and informed me every step of the way. My opinion is that it would have gone a bit quicker and smoother had he had an assistant. There are a couple of nicks in my vinyl floor, which I plan on replacing next year, but which don't help it's look because (I believe) Matt had to maneuver the wall pieces alone. Dave H****** did a great job installing our new shower enclosure. Dave is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. And the shower enclosure is great too.
Do not hire NewPro. The first day they removed the tub and tiles and took the walls down to the studs. So far, so good. The second day they installed the new ****** shower. When they finally finished (about 8:30pm) and revealed the finished product, the sliding glass door was about 2 1/2" from the wall at the top while touching at the bottom. When I complained about this I was told that the wall was out of plumb and nothing could be done about that. The wall had been taken down to the studs! It would have been a simple thing... read more

We had our bathroom shower remodel done on December 6th of this year. The initial meeting to discuss the plans, the cost and such was great and we decided to proceed with the company, although the price was double what other companies had quoted us, solely because we loved the family nature of the business and the positive reviews online. This company has called me dozens of times in the last two months, even though I asked to be taken off their call list in 2017. They called 12/19/2019 and I told them not to call ever again. They then called me 12/20/2019. I told them I would NEVER do business with them again, and that I would file a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney Generals Office. Since this involves illegal conduct I can't file a complaint with the BBB, but I want to assure Newpro that I will be contacting the AGs office.
