The company installs cheap windows and siding.I did my sidings and windows with Newpro couple years within two years the paint around window frames were peeling. I called the company several times to make a complain and get transferred to a voicemail and left messages for someone to call me and yet to hear from someone. I would not recommend this company and their products to anyone even if it was for free.
They have false advertising, they say they are a phone call away But we have a very hard time getting hold of anybody and they say they’ll call us back the same day they never do. We spent over 25,000 we have two storm doors that peel a sliding door that peels they replaced one of the storm doors and that window came in bowed, so now we have to wait another year to replace that one, we had two windows that would not stay up, and when they came out to fix it they were told not to bring a part which would’ve fixed it so now we... read more

We had Newpro give us a quote and install 4 doors, including our main entrance door. This was done Oct/Nov of 2019. we decided to add a screen door to our main entrance. when our carpenter took the side covering off we found that Newpro had screwed the door into NOTHING. they didn't even put in all the insulation they told us they would. basically, if someone had come and kicked our door the whole thing would have fallen over. Without a doubt, THE WORST COMPANY I’ve ever dealt with. They installed a tub for a veryyy costly price that ended up scratching and after 4-5 technicians coming out to try and resolve the issue (that took MONTHS to schedule), nothing worked and the solution they used actually made it worse. They blamed it on a manufacturers defect and ordered us a new tub. After over A YEAR of dealing with this, they have cancelled the installation on us THREE TIMES IN ONE WEEK!!
