When I bought my new (old) house, I knew the bathroom remodel, specifically the demo, was going to be a serious job. There were 50 year old tiles from wall to wall, an odd sized iron bathtub that had to be removed, and the floor was a mud bed (cement) supported by metal strapping. My ****** representative was Mat Van Leeuwen. In addition to being super friendly and punctual, he is also evidently a demolition cyborg built by ****** to tackle bathrooms no mortal could ever hope to best. Claude and Harold did an excellent job. They were thorough and explained everything that needed to be done. Unfortunately they had to drive more than two hours to reach us and when a plumbing problem arose, the ****** on call plumber on Cape Cod was not available. When I did find a plumber, they did not have enough time to complete the job in one day. They returned a few days later and finished everything perfectly. Very professional.
Dave and AJ from ****** installed our new ****** walk-in tub from demolition to full installation. They were professional and courteous throughout the process!
We have had ****** windows for over 15 years now. Only recently have we had any issues with them, and every time we do, we just call them up and they come even when the repairs are minor at no cost. When they say lifetime warranty, they mean it.
it didn't start out well.the salesman made errors in measurements.wrong parts were ordered. it took over 3 weeks to complete. in the 2nd try, Joseph ***** came in and did an outstanding job.We are very happy with the final product.
