I would advise people to stay away from NewPro in Woburn! Starting with person scheduling the appointment all the way up to the Regional Sales Manager. I requested a free quote from their recent commercials. It all started with the scheduler who asked that all homeowners be available for the appointment, which they were because I am the home owner. Two guys arrived for appointment on August 21, again questioned if ALL the homeowners were present. AGAIN I WAS THERE AND I AM THE HOMEOWNER. They came and measured and explained ... read more

Ryan was nice, professional and he even brought his own booties when he came in the house. He also showed us a neat trick to make the windows easier to open and close.
Claude and Harold just left my house and to say I am impressed is an understatement. They arrived this morning and in under 8 hours took out an old bathtub and put in a brand new one which looks amazing. I have hated my bathroom since we moved here 19 years ago, but could never afford to change it. It is done and it is beautiful. Claude and Harold were nothing but professional. They were so kind and helpful. I can't wait to take a bath! Thank you Claude and Harold and Thank you New Pro!
