I've never felt so compelled to post a review. Let's start with Gerome, who spent all afternoon with me answering my many questions, some more than once. Not only was he patiently informative, he left me feeling quite reassured and comfortable with the investment I was about to make. I first saw the ad on television. I was very taken by it and that is why I called. Since then I have seen the ******** ******** and I did not like it. I like that ******is American made and not fiberglass. Quality name and products. Excellent explanation from Claude.

I called Newpro to schedule service for my windows. They scheduled it promptly. The repairman, Jim C, arrived in the scheduled time interval. He efficiently repaired all the windows, and gave me some easy maintenance tips.
