Bill C******* was very pleasant and an efficient installer. He came to my home twice in response to a failure of one of my windows after it had been in place for almost two years. I was pleased with the company's response to this problem. .
In 1989 Newpro install replacement windows in my 1902 built home. Over the years they had built up a film in between the glass that I could not clean. I called Newpro and told them about the issue I had and they said they could come out and replace the glass. They gave me a break on the price and sent someone out to measure the windows. In about 3 weeks they sent out Jim C to install the new glass .He had finish the job within a few hours. I would recommend Newpro and their staff to anyone looking for new windows. Bill P**** serviced our windows and did a great job. He was very helpful with maintenance instruction and gave us many tips about how to care for our windows. we have been customers of new pro for 20 years and they are true to their guarantee.
We found the installer, Artie D, very professional and courteous. He took the time to install a picture window and bathroom window to the customer satisfaction. I would certainly welcome this installer back into my home for future installations. However, the business itself NEWPRO is questionable since the work that was to be done Monday, August 28 2017, is still not completed as of Saturday, 9/02/17. They delivered the wrong windows for the basement and the installer was unable to complete his job. Found it very challenging... read more
I was serviced by Bill C******* today on September 1, 2017. He was polite and efficient. I mentioned that I may want to get a slider replaced and he took some information and provided me with a gift voucher. I called my son who has also talked about replacing a slider and Bill did the same for him. We both thought he did a very good job explaining the process.
I want to tell you how good of a job Bill P**** did on repairing my 30 year old windows . He fixed the windows and showed me a little trick to keep the windows functioning properly .He was very professional and is a asset to your company.
