My thanks to Ryan P****** for his outstanding performance during our recent service call by NEWPRO. His on-site repairs were professional quality work, and his assistance and advice on window maintenance is appreciated.
Here is quick customer service .... it took Bill less time to fix my problem than it took me to get to this website. He was friendly, courteous, and he even gave me helpful advice. I hope I never have another problem with my Newpro windows, but if I do I certainly hope Newpro sends Bill to my rescue.

My experience with Bill C******* of Newpro was very satisfying and positive. He was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. He was making an adjustment on a NEWPRO window that wouldn't close. He explained what the problem was and how he would fix it. He solved the problem and cleaned-up in good time.
Bill C. showed up on time, and only took 15 - 20 minutes to complete minor repairs to 2 Newpro windows that we had installed many years ago. Since I do some of the handy work at home, Bill even showed me how to make the easier repairs if needed again. Good personality and friendly.

Contacted New Pro to have some New Pro windows in my home repaired. The track mechanisms needed repair and/or replacement. Ryan P****** came out to the house, introduced himself (the big New Pro truck was a great "give away" as to who he was representing). He asked what the problem was and went right to work doing whatever had to be done to put the windows back into working order.
