We have used NEWPRO for major window and siding projects with several homes over the past 15 years. They have very high quality products, their installers are very personable and clean up after themselves, and they properly insulate around all windows and doors. We just completed replacement of all the windows in our home, and we immediately noticed a major difference in the temperature of the home. Ryan P****** of Newpro just completed two minor repairs to a window spring and some siding material failure. The material failure was paint separation from a small section of trim used when we had NEWPRO side our house with awesome insulated vinyl several years back. Ryan was quick and courteous and explained his process for each repair. This and all our experiences with NEWPRO and their installers rate a 5 star.
I recently used NEWPRO to replace my bathroom tub and shower. The soap dish was incorrect. Ryan P****** came with the new dish he did a great job and was knowledgable about the product. He was on time and neat you would have never know that he was here. Thank you Ryan for your great work.
This is our fourth order with Newpro. We had windows and doors installed about twenty years ago and we are now having a third door and storm door installed. Newpro gives a great warranty and good service. When we had our windows done the installers did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. Salesmen, installers and service men have all been professional and personable.
We have had Bill come to our house a few times. The first time we met him was when he came to install new windows in our home. The second was to address some issues with the windows and a new door. Today, he came out to find out where a draft was coming from in our front door. Bill was polite, friendly and fixed the issue immediately. We can already feel the difference in the temperature in the living room. No more draft and no more wind noise. Bill is a great guy and a true professional!
We looked at 9 or 10 different companies products, and Newpro's quality far surpassed them all. They werent the cheapest but they definitely werent the most expensive. Overall I think we got some windows that will outlive us at a good value, the installers were quick and professional and we even called back for more.
We had our bathroom shower remodeled several years ago and absolutely loved it. We are now getting two new doors installed and look forward to the final result. Gerome R. has worked with us on both of our projects and is wonderful.

Had Claude from Newpro stop by to quote bath/shower replacement. He was very knowledgeable about all phases of the quoting process and product details. We were offered a very reasonable price and consequently accepted the offer.

A scheduled visit for repair of storm window sent us Bill P****. He was so accommodating, professional and pleasant. He not only fixed the one window, he checked and serviced ALL the windows . We were very pleased. Newpro should leave instructions with buyers for easy window lubricating as well as opening and closing the windows.
