Ryan (Service) came to my house to repair a basement window screen. He arrived on time (with a call before to tell me he's on his way), repaired the screen, figured out the source of the holes, and then offered to help me clean a kitchen window which is hard for me to handle by myself, doing much more than expected. We vacuumed the window casement and he sprayed it with furniture polish to lubricate it and helped clean it. I was very pleased with his efforts and his willingness to go above and beyond the purpose of the call.
Bill C. did a great and clean job installing 2 windows that had had problems with leaking argon gas. I realize this does happen (especially after 27 years), but I can't say I'm thrilled with the company 'policy' that, despite it's guarantee as long as we own the home, still has a charge of $ 200 (for labor, I guess). Not to take away from Bill's great job, but people should be aware of this, especially since the windows are, to me, quite expensive to begin with.
I want to commend artic D for a very helpful and courteous job today. Artic fixed and straighten my screens and replaced my capo my windows. He also help install my bay window .
Bill C******* was outstanding: pleasant, efficient and very helpful explaining how the NewPro windows worked so that we could fix them ourselves next time we have a similar problem.
