Ryan did a very professional job of installing my door. He took the time to do small, but important, things like touching up, etc. It is obvious that he enjoys his work. I think Ryan is the type of employee that is an asset to the company he works for.

Had an issue with the window not staying up. Contacted Newpro and they sent a repairman within the next few days to repair issue. Bill P**** came to the house, determined what was not working within a few moments, made the repair and showed me how to properly lubricate the window workings for the future. Very positive experience.

I had 2 doors and a window replaced and the quality of the replacements was excellent. The installation was less than a day and the installers had everything they needed to finish the job. After the installation, I noticed a few cosmetic problems with the work. I called Newpro and they sent Jim over to correct all the issues. It took him less than a day to complete the changes I requested and I was very pleased with his work and the quick response from Newpro.

I had some problems with double-hung windows and NEWPRO technician Jimmy C***** resolved all of them quickly and with high quality. He arrived in time on the day of the service and was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all my questions and even made some suggestions on how to prevent issues from happening in the future. I'm very satisfied with his service.

Ryan P. came out to install a storm dorm window for me. He was professional and thorough, and even took the time to wash the window when he was done. He also took pictures of an area of the property that had been overlooked at the end of an earlier install. I applaud him and Newpro for such great service.

I have to say my shower is beautiful,but it has taken 5 months of waiting to take a shower, more things went wrong with the installation and am now waiting for another service call. My installer Bill P., is fantastic he has gone way beyond trying to get all the problems corrected
