We'd like to share our feedback for NEWPRO on a bathroom re-model project. Ryan F******* was sales rep who visited us, he took time to review the project, explain options & make smart recommendations. Ryan was very professional, courteous. We'd most definitely recommend NewPro for projects - you should definitely consider them as an option for your project.

Newpro installer Denis L***** did an excellent job installing new walls in my bath tub area. He was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was complete. I am very satisfied.

We have used Newpro multiple times over the past 30 years and have never been happier with the continued quality of their products and installations. The sales people give you everything you need to know up front and are always following up to make sure everything is going as planned. Their installation teams are always on time and they stay until the job is complete. After they have gone, there is no sign that they had ever been there except the new windows. Extremely happy, and I wish all companies where like Newpro.

We used NEWPRO about a year & a half ago to put in a walk-in shower for us. In 1 days, by 1 person, everything from the old tub & shower was gone, with the new 1 ready to go that night. And the bathroom was spotless. Now we are discussing having insulated siding installed on the house. GEROME, the sales rep was very informative with all the details of the new job they will be doing for us.

I would like to thank Clint M. for coming to our home and explaining all options with regards to replacing our old shower & tub with either a walk-in shower or the walk-in tub. Clint explained the two options in a pleasant fine manor so that we could make a well informed decision as to which way go. Excellent service from the salesman, the various personal measuring our basement windows, and especially from the installers, who were efficient in the actual installation while explaining the procedures. Would highly recommend.

Our first interaction with Newpro was with our salesman Jim. He was very professional, educational, and informative. We were very impressed. Then came installation day. The 2 installers Dmitry and Sasha that came to install the 8 windows could not have been more professional. Spasibo. The windows are amazing.
