I've had Newpro windows for over a decade now. Several of the windows were extremely difficult to open and 2 no longer stayed open once you did get them open. I had been meaning to call for service for some time, and finally did. He arrived on time, did the job right, and gave me a few tips on how to maintain the windows. Great work. I'm only left wondering why I waited so long to call!!

Very happy with my new Newpro siding. Job was done fast and looks great! Artie D just came to do some finish work before the electrician is able to install our new light fixtures. Good quality product

Purchased new windows from Newpro 10 years ago and needed some service work. Newpro was quick to respond to my request and sent out 2 service persons, Bill and Eric, who were courteous and thorough in completing repairs/adjustments. Highly recommend Newpro!

Claud arrived at the time he specified and spent about 3 hours describing the company's products. Claud was very knowledgeable and clear in his presentation. He fully explained the pros and cons of the different levels of siding as well as the insulation and installation of the product. He also displayed two videos for us to watch while he generated the pricing for the products we were interested in. This eliminated the awkward silence that normally happens when the presenter is occupied with other tasks.

Bernard dismantled my old shower and some plumbing fixtures and Eric B***** replumbed for the new shower. Bernard installed a NEPRO tub and enclosure as per my agreement with the company. The arrival on the job and work was per the contract with NEPRO. All conditions were met. I am very pleased with the product, sales and the installation. I will recommend this product to friends and anyone who would ask for a response.

Newpro installed windows throughout my house 6 years ago. Exwcellent installation by a very capable crew. Noticed a huge difference in heat savings. I would highly recommend Newpro for home improvements.
