Our Sales Rep, Chase, was exceptional. Very well informed and very thorough without being high pressure. I am not happy, however, with the vacuum cleaner sales technique the company uses.
We had a great experience with the NewPro representative Ryan P******. He was so kind and professional taking care of the issue we had with one of our windows. His consideration was appreciated by letting us know the exact time he would be arriving. Really great customer service!

NewPro window company came to my home today to take care of a few minor problems that I created washing my windows. The technician was very professional He explained to me what i had dome to create the problem and how to fix it myself. It was good to see their are still some true professionals in the business world the company was prompt in their response to my problem, and their technician was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

I had an overall positive experience with the rep, chase b. However, when I called the company to discuss some concerns I was told a manager would contact me today, I am still waitng.
One of the great things about owning Newpro products is the service that comes with them. Today Ryan came to check out a problem I've been having with one of my windows. First he called me to tell me what time he would arrive, and then he showed up on time. He was very professional in his service. First he explained what he was going to do, step by step. He examined my problem, took pictures of a faulty part, removed my window screen, and went out to his truck to fix it. He was done in a flash. He then told us how he would c... read more

To sum it all up, my experience with Newpro has been excellent. I was not even intending on doing my master bathroom until I happened to be approached at a **** ********* ****and thought I would explore the option. The initial meeting was set up quickly, and the representative, Enver, met me on time, on a holiday weekend, and within days of the call.
