My window would not lock after only 1 year after installation. They sent a service tech out right away and it was fixed in 10 minutes. He showed me how the mechanism worked and gave me tips on how to "properly" lock the window. Very polite and personable. I had a great experience with the follow up repair visit. I am very glad we went with these Newpro windows.
We needed to remodel 3 bathrooms in our house and Newpro home improvements sales representative Jeremy H****** spent time with my husband and I and his knowledge and outstanding customer service skills gave the confidence that newpro standards in quality and efficiency was what we needed. Jeanne *****R*** came to our house after we reported mold growth on our caulking of the replacement windows we had. He replaced the caulking and explained that the older caulking (state of the art at the time of replacement) was found to mold and was replaced with the newer caulking which should not allow mold growth. NEWPRO did an excellent job removing a decades-old bath and shower installation and replacing it with a new one. Ryan P****** came a day or two later with a shower curtain rod, which was not placed initially because of a size mismatch, and placed that smartly and expeditiously and very professionally.
Bill P took a couple of minutes from a busy schedule to explain to me how to open my two year old windows. I has forgotten. He was so kind, very professional and through. I thank NewPro for having him stop by rather than trying to explain to me over the phone how to be able to wash the outside dirt off from the inside of my house.
