Bill was very helpful in offerings tips on maintaining our windows. He was very polite and showed me what he was doing with easy explanations.
Newpro installed three bow windows in my house in 2007. I recently noticed the vinyl trim was peeling back along the top of one of the Windows. I called and they immediatelly scheduled an appointment for someone to come and repair for no charge.(warranty) Artie and Jim did the work they were polite, professional and finished the job quickly despite the window having several large bushes beneath it! Great work.
Bill C******* repaired a window for me today. He Immediately knew what the problem was and repaired it in a matter of minutes all with a big smile on his face. Great service!

We recently went to a home show to find NewPro in order to have our bathroom renovated. We already have NewPro windows in our entire home. We were so satisfied with the windows that we decided to have them do our renovation. Both the salesman at the show and the person who came to our home for the bathroom project were very well informed and we can't wait for the installation to begin.
