I had some broken latch springs, so called Newpro about having them replaced. Maryann on the phone was very helpful, and the service rep who came out to actually do the replacements, Bill ********, was extremely friendly, personable, was glad to demonstrate too me how the springs worked/were broken/were replaced. Conversation was easy, I was used to condescending attitudes from repair people, but Bill was very comfortable. Had a great experience with Newpro windows in previous home. Have moved to another home and find that I need a few replacement windows, so I am having Newpro once again.
