RecommendedMy garage door broke on a Sunday, they sent someone out to help that same day, I ended up needing a new garage door and they were able to schedule it immediately for the next day. The technician was so wonderful and easy to work with and I was able to use coupons from the website to save me $200. Technician had my garage door completely replaced in an hour! Very happy with the service I received.
Did not explain what they were installing, tech had to charge tools when arrived. I have a new build home and the tech made numerous holes and missing the studs. Stapled wires to the wall mount all over the ceiling not straight at all. When asked about the second remote the tech tried to sell m one for an additional $75. The wall mount is just dangling in place. The tech left trash and screws all over the driveway and floor, bent the garage door because he did not have the right hardware or tools. On Saturday I was told they had an 8am appointment for Sunday available so I took it. Got a call back an hour later saying a technician wasn't able to make it at 8am so it would be 9:30am, 10:00am at the latest. That was not ideal but I accepted it. On Sunday morning I received a call at 9:28am that I was next and would be getting a call "any time now" from the technician. Receive estimate 6/1/17. They promised they would have my garage door spring repaired started at 3pm. The tech showed up at 3pm but do to a misunderstanding he stormed out the front door with no explanation as to when he would start the repairs. He should be fired for his behavior. We called the office three times but they refused to retured our calls. I am a 100% disable veteran who had an appointment with the VA the following day but I had to cancel this appointment because I couldn't get my car out of the garage.
