RecommendedWe needed to have the springs replaced on our garage door. The service tech charged us for disposal fee when he put the old springs in our garbage can. When I called the company she told me it was because the tech had to drive so far to our house, which did not make any sense to me. Hello, So far it seems that the service my mother has received has been awful. Not sure of the "neighborhood" service providers are trying to take advantage of a senior citizen or if they just don't care to do a good job. My Mom needed a new spring and before she knew if she was quoted an entire package of "things" for over $1,400.00. Might not be bad if the work that was done was perfect but we have ongoing issues. Wanted $380 to reattach cable to door and adjust bent rail that I all ready realigned, I called another company that spent 10 minutes to finish the job for $99 Call somebody else!
Alan was very polite, quick, and efficient. He even looked over everything to tell me other issues to watch for as garage opener is 18 yrs old. Was on the expensive side but I read reviews before calling on a Sunday.
I had excellent service from Cory, the technician, and Alex in customer service. My old system needed replacing, they did not try to talk me into a more expensive system than I had selected.
Tech was supposed to be here between 2-5pm Saturday, at 4:00 I got a call saying they weren't going to make and we rescheduled for 7:00 -10:00am Sunday. No one called or came over. I don't recommend this company, that's 5 hours of my life that I can't get back!

I called on Monday to get pricing and see when someone could come out and replace my garage door opener. They were available when I was on Tuesday and had great pricing! My technician came out and explained everything he was doing and verified the amount I was quoted. There were no problems and Robert even help me set the codes and set the remotes! Thank you for great service Robert!
