I am still awaiting installation of my garage door decorative trim. This process began April 18th and after more than 2 months the project is still incomplete. I agreed to wait 5 weeks for the door to arrive due to back order. I have left numerous messages on Steven's phone yet he has not returned my calls. For the sake of your sanity, do NOT use this company. Let's start from the beginning. We had this company come out last October to install an opener on one side of our two-car garage. Our garage is a strange layout, which is why we had to call them to come do it. TOTAL rip off. They charged me a service call, and he never did a thing. All they want to do is SELL you a complete new system. He did not even try to look at or repair my door. They state they carry parts for my model of opener, NOPE!! the tech said they don't carry any parts for my unit. We live at THE VILLAGES, FL. and they knew that...ALL garages at the villages is a Allstar unit. DO NOT trust them. After other problems with this company (not coming by the time they had promised to come, knowing that coming later would cause us problems, and then behaving as if not keeping their word is just fine), they actually charged us to come back and fix their own error because we didn't notice it until just after their thirty day warranty expired! Any company that charges, ever, to fix what is indisputably their own error just plain sucks, and should be boycotted by everyone.
Avoid them. Had a broken spring fixed on a 5yr old garage door. Everything seemed fine until the Winter and cold hit. Now you need to raise and lower the door 3-4 times each time because it sticks part way up every time. Only happens on cold days. Called to have them fix their install mistake as nothing like this ever happened before they touched it. Now hitting me with the service call fee and "we'll give you the estimate for what needs to get done and you can decide from their". They are there to rip you off...avoid them.
RecommendedMy house burnt down in a fire and I called neighborhood garage door services and spoke to customer service representative named Mandy… She was absolutely incredible… She felt sorry for what happened in my situation and did all she could do to fix my concern… I just got my springs replaced on my garage door 2 to 3 weeks ago and lost my house there after… They refunded me A portion of my cost… I would recommend this company to anyone… Thank you very much
