Terrible ! Run. Be ready to get ripped off. Cancelled appointments. Rescheduled multiple times. Hung up on me multiple times as I was trying to cancel my appointment. Garage door spring broke. Had no idea what cost should be. They came out & originally said $565. I said, I don't know about that, I think I'll check around. He said let me see what I can do. Came back at $442 and I said go ahead and do it. Happen to see an ad from another company for double spring replacement $190. Thought "Wow that's a great deal". This company is stating they are Metro Garage Door when they are not. We have had several clients contact us looking for receipts and follow up and saying we did not provide service as promised and once looking into found out that this company is misleading clients to think they are Metro Garage Door. I have never seen service as bad as this. Yesterday I was needing service at around 3 PM I hear from someone. I out of courtesy agreed to not have anyone out as it was a weekend and people should enjoy family. Scheduled for today at 5 PM. 5:30 PM no one here. Call to check status and told it was a window of 5 - 8. Not what was told to me. Received a text from dispatch telling me the name of person around 7. Asked what the ETA would be. RecommendedWe had our garage door fixed by Allen from Neighborhood Garage door service, we are happy with the service. Our technician was on time and was very competent. He changed the whole unit, and spring, and gave lifetime warranty for it. We called in the morning and the tech was there by 11 am, diagnosed the problem and fixed in less than an hour. Efficient and expert service, we recommend their services.

I called Neighborhood Garage Door Services at noon yesterday to set up an appointment and David arrived at our home the same day at 8:00 pm to install a new garage door opener! After I decided on which door opener to get, David got to work. He was very professional and informative. I was very satisfied with his work and he was finished in about 1.5 hours! Great job and I highly recommend this company!
The rep/ tech was great. He replaced the spring and made sure everything was working properly. The service was top notch, on time and at a great price. 10 out of 10.
