This company is a joke! Our garage door broke, came off the track,etc.. We called these guys and they came out. The technician said it was the worst he had seen in 11 years. He told me he needed to secure the door and then he could repair it. I asked him the price, and he told me it was $3,600 to "secure the door". Are you freaking kidding me? $3600? He then called his "boss" and said his boss said we could pay half now, half later, and they would secure the door and install a new door. No thank you, I told him to leave! I h... read more

Would never recommend this company! They came out to change a spring over the phone told me the cost would be $89 and the labor was included when they came out wanted to charge me over $400 I said no and they wanted to charge me $30 service fee for doing nothing! Scam!!!!!!!!

This company is a RIP off. Came out to give us an estimate of what was wrong and told us our unit was discontinued and would have to be replaced. Started out with a $700 quote and we said no, within 10 minutes they went to $499. I told them NO sand to leave. These crooks still charged ups a $42 service fee. DO NOT USE THOS COMPANY EVER!

Waited all afternoon and the guy finally gets here and then says "Oh, we don't do that kind of garage door." Then, his manager tried to get me to convert to a different type of door. Obviously, this is a scam. Do not use this company. After the manager insulted me on the phone, I just hung up on him. UPDATE: The manager called back and now wants me to call him back and apologize to him and if I do that, he will graciously repair my garage door for $399. This company has no tact. RecommendedRobert (our technician) was fantastic. He was very articulate in explaining the issue, the time it would take and the steps he would take to fix the door. He also gave me some recommendations on maintenance and lubrication as well as a timeline for the next possible service. Thank you!

I would stay away from this company. They do not show up, then they show up without the garage door openers I ordered. I'm a professional businessman and these people don't seem to have a clue what they are doing. The phone people tell you one thing and the technicians have no idea even what they are supposed to do. I have called and scheduled twice, and both times I have either got the run around, or a promise they will come out, and then made to sit and wait, and then for 1 reason or another, they can't seem to do the job, but by that time, all other garage people are closed for the business day. Won't try to use these people again.
