RecommendedMy garage door motor went out this motor and I contacted Neighborhood Garage Door Service and they were at my house in about an hours time. They were super friendly and were able to replace my motor on the spot and at a discounted rate. I would absolutely recommend them and use them again in the future!

My garage door opener stopped working today. I called Neighborhood Garage Door Service today at 4pm and they had a slot available same day between 5:00 and 7:30pm on a Saturday! Well, Richard came by, determined that the board was fried, and had brought the right new opener just in case. 90 minutes later, I had a new state of the art opener. Fantastic service.
My experience was excellent. They were courteous when I called. Cory, the technician arrived on time and quickly figured out what the problem was and gave me my options. He also made certain that I received all available discounts. He was very professional and took very good care of me and did not try to sell me something that I did not need. Excellent experience. I will certainly recommend NGDS to others and will use again for all my garage door needs! Cory was outstanding.
