I would leave a minus if I could. This company way overcharges. My bad for not checking them out better and doing my research. I hope these comments prevent others from making the same mistake I did. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIR!!!!!!

Fantastic! Brand new door with no hassle.
Had a broken spring on a Sunday. Called them up and they were there in no time. The technician was very good at his job and made quick work of the replacement. The pricing was outrageous. I will never call to have one replaced again. I will do the job myself on the next door.
David V showed up within 2 hours of my call. He explained everything that went wrong causing the spring to break and what it would take to fix it. He was very personable and worked effeciently. I definitely would have him do work for me again. Mike G
The technician was outstanding. Knew what he needed to do, explained the process and was very professional in his approach. A Delight to work with.
At this point I'm feeling ripped off. Both garage door openers started malfunctionin at the same time. I called Garage Door Service who sent someone out, who said both needed replacing. I did, to the tune of about $1,000. The new ones are behaving just as the old ones did: namely, not responding to the remote. Turns out, the problem is the Navy. When the service technician arrived, with Texas plates, on his personally owned truck not a company truck he proceeded to bang on our front door. We already knew we needed a new spring on our garage door, but after inspection we were told we needed the "whole package" which included not just the spring but several other items that support it.
