Called Neighborhood Garage Door Service and they were going to send a tech out the same day but they broke down. They rescheduled for first thing the next morning and David S. showed up right on time. After a slight hiccup of not having all the parts for the garage door opener I had purchased previously he gave me a good deal on a Guardian that was on his truck and had it installed in a couple of hours. Sunday evening is not a good time to be stuck in a garage with no working knowledge of what to do. David V. Got me totally fixed up. It was pretty chilly and the repair was extensive, but David did fantastic work, and he was super nice on top of everything. They will be so happy when I show up for work in the morning. 🙂

Garage Door Service was able to send out a tech (Chase) within 3 hours of my call. Not sure if they are always able to move so quickly, but that was very nice. And speaking of nice, Chase our technician was a pleasure to have here doing the work. He was able to explain to me all of our options, and give me some information on what needed to be done, educate me in other words, then step back and let me make an informed decision on what we wanted and could afford.
