I accidentally damaged my garage door on a Monday afternoon, Tuesday morning they came out and serviced it! And on the week of Christmas! Quick response time, great follow-up and customer service, and David V. did a great job repairing our door! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their garage door repaired or replaced! We have used the service before and been pleased, even though nothing ever seemed to fall under the warranty (but this seems typical of warranties). However, this time when we had an issue, we were given a window when the technician would come. Nearly two hours after that time lapsed, we were simply told no one was coming after all. We then called another service which turned out to also be this company, unbeknownst to us until we received a call from the same cell number when they again canceled the service at 8:00 p.m. on ... read more
