RecommendedI called at 8:50 am and the technician was at my house by 9:30. They did a great job replacing the spring on our garage door. They were very fast and efficient.
Called about 4:00PM on Jan 4...immediately received notification via text that I was on the list and they would arrive about 6:30PM. Alfredo came out at almost 6:30 on the nose...went over the needed repairs. Was very detailed in what was needed to be done and showed me why. His cost estimate was exactly what he quoted...work was completed by about 9PM. Alfredo was professional, friendly, and courteous. Would highly recommend.
Clay was very courteous. He fixed the damaged garage door with replacements parts and gave the 83 year old resident as many discounts that he was allowed to give. I recommend him to senior citizens that are on a fixed budget. Rather than replace the door he repaired it the best he could. Most technicians would have not wanted to fool with straightening the metal but Clay did what the customer could afford... and when he was done the door worked just fine.
Called neighborhood garage doors services for a repair in the new house we just bought and they sent over Tech Josh Johnson he was great gave me all types of options and did a great job repairing my garage door it now operates like a new door and I couldn't be happier. Moving from CA to TX was a lot and to have a Tech come out say I know moving is hard and I will have this done in a hour or less hassle free 5 stars in my opinion.
Called this morning for service and Mr Gilbert arrived this afternoon! We are so pleased with his service on fixing our door! Highly recommend this company!!!
The guy who came to my house was friendly and did the job quick. The only downside is that I feel way overcharged for the work done. He spent an hour at my house and charged $357 for the repair. No parts where needed it just pure labor which is ridiculous. I will not use them again due to the ridiculous amount they charged me for labor.
