RecommendedI called this company because we needed our garage door opener fixed. Turned out we needed a new one. Our service Technician, Brian was excellent and really seemed knowledgeable about the products. Although the pricing was very high compared to other bids, Brian tried his best to get us the best pricing and his service and installation was top notch. The new opener and rollers are so quiet that you cannot even hear the door go up and down now which is great!

After numerous phone calls back-and-forth with my home warranty company, I was told that I was not covered for the part to fix my garage door. So, I called Garage door services and they sent Robert. I have never had such great service from a home repair company. From scheduling to cost to just overall politeness. I could not be more pleased with my experience.
got a text from my neighbor that stated something was wrong with my garage door. I was on the road so waited until I was almost home, 4 pm on Sunday, told that they could come out for 19.99 and see what was needed. My spring was broken, had to have it fixed. could not go to lowes nor do I know how to fix. the cost was extremly high, I could either go with the springs for 551 or do a complete repair with rollers for almost 800.00, decided to go with springs only. it was repaired, I am happy with service but not the cost.
David did a great job on my door. I called at 7:30am and he was here by 10:30 and done by 11:30. He was very professional.
WOW I am reading some of these reviews and surprised! When I requested an appt online, a phone call was made within a few minutes and a tech out that afternoon. The tech, Jose was informative on the issues and explaining while showing me the issues. Which I was already aware of however not a specialist in garage doors! The cost was a little high on replacing my motor and other accessories however I have no complaints on the customer service!!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are a con. They were not coming when they said and made excuses. When I told them I had video of transaction and was going to the authorities they were out in 10 minutes then they stalled me and told me they couldn't do what I paid for. If they hadn't given me most of my money back I was going to take my video to authorities because actually they did nothing.
