I used them for many years for my home and 3 rentals for lawn care. Last year they also did snow removal on my 3 rentals. This November, like LAST WEEK, they called to DROP snow removal on 1 property. Where am I supposed to find snow removal service at this time when it’s snowing outside! And they doubled my snow rate for the other 2 properties. Terrible customer service to do this at the last minute. And they won’t budge.

I contracted with this company in July for some tree trimming to be done in October. I called twice during the month of October to make sure I was still on the list and was assured my trimming would be done before the end of the month. It is now November and the snow is flying. I would think that 3 months would be enough lead time, apparently not. If I’d known they weren’t going to make it I would have gotten in touch with someone else. Today is September 30th and my grass has been cut twice (that's 2 times) all month. I now have the worst looking grass on the entire block and it gives my neighbors the idea that I don't care how it looks. Believe me if I were physically able to cut I I would. Instead I hired what I thought was a reliable company - for a while in early summer it was every 7 days and then they switched to 10 days, well now its over 10 days and when I called they said they would probably cut it next week - and everyone knows the forecast for t... read more

Horrible service, one application, lawn full of weeds. I called they said I was at the end of the route would be a week or so, so I cancelled same day, that was August 2, 2019, still no refund. I called the local Cedar Rapids office, said sorry they were behind this year and it would take weeks for cooperate to refund my money, now September 6, 2019 so I think I will contact the Better Business Bureau and maybe post something on Facebook. Used them for 2 years, not happy, but tried again this year last time.

I has been a NS customer for years (Waukegan branch). I have even recommended to a neighbor (they tried the service earlier this year and were not happy). I do not normally give recommendations. I have an Aphid issue on a tree that NS noted on the invoice dated 8-3-19. I called three times now as it is raining APHIDS. They said they will send someone out. No one showed as of 9-4-19.

Burn spots all over our lawn. Weeds are growing, not dying. Don't use this company. Have contacted the office 3 times, no response. Waste of money and my lawn looks worse than it ever has.

They really try to provide the best lawn service for the price. My yard looks great . . . they do miss some weeds on the farthest boarders of my yard. I called regarding the missed spots . . . they came out right away to correct the problem. I have used Naturescape for over 5 years.

We have been pleased, they've always called the day before to let us know that they'd be coming. They sprayed extra on some weeds that had appeared in the lawn this last application. We are getting compliments from our neighbors on how nice the lawn looks.
