In early September Called Plymouth MN location in response to an ad for aeration services. Was told they would complete the job before the end of the month. Called again September 21st and was told by the end of September. Called on the 28th and they said the end of the week. Called on 10/5 and was told they did not know when they would get to the work. The claim that "SATISFACTION COMPLETELY GUARANTEED" is completely false.

I am sad to say that Naturescape has lost my business. They used to be amazing. Their work has been going downhill over the past few years but this year was the worst. Half my front yard is dead. I had to call for them to send someone out - the people who fertilized our yard USED TO let us know if there was a problem/recommendation. The first person who came out said that we needed to seed it and aerate (which we already did). I called to tell them that we already aerated - there's a bigger problem. I signed up with these guys because they said they would text me before they sprayed my lawn, paid in full for the whole season up front. I explained I wanted an area left untouched for my dogs. I got a alert on my phone from a camera and I looked at it to see the guy spraying where the were not suppose to. No text, no call, not even a knock on the door. Luckily the lady that lets my dogs out was on the other side of the house and kept them from running through the freshly sprayed grass. I called that day but the office was ... read more

Serviced my neighbor house instead of my home. Not sure how tech could get townhomes confused she addresses are clearly marked. I have been complaining about the lack of visits to service my law care for over a year. I was told lawn was being serviced which now I know my neighbor lawn was being serviced on some of the missed visits instead of mine. The Naturescape location is: **** ** **** ***. Schiller Park, IL 60176, IL The manager never reached out to discuss any of our lawn issues as promised in their email response. In fact I have had two conversations with Jarod regarding what appears to be a lawn disease. The first conversation was on 8/21. He said we were scheduled for a treatment on 8/24 and that the tech would notate my invoice with suspected lawn issues. I questioned whether a lawn tech was capable of determining lawn disease. I had Naturescspe treat my lawn this year. Approximately after a week of their treatment my lawn started turning brown. So I started to water the lawn in the evening. Thinking it was needing more water. After a week of watering the lawn still wasn’t responding. I emailed Indianapolis Naturescspe in June to tell them my frustration. They sent someone out to check my lawn. Stated it wasn’t a grub issue. Instead it was a bad batch of fertilizer they received. We came to an agreement on lawn aerated and over seeded. Paid for the 5 step program at the beginning of May after they were called to do a spray for weeds. After a month I called to see when they were coming out again I was told a week. After another 3 weeks I called again and was told 1 to 2 more weeks. It's September 9th and still no call no show ! I called today to cancel the serviced was told it will take several weeks for my refund ! Hired Naturescape because of their A+ rating , disappointed with both !!!

Asked for a service call and they haven’t showed up in 2 weeks.. I called 3 times and it’s still not done and today someone from the office called and said that it will be another week or 2 before they can come. They promised to do service call within a week (cannot give COVID reasons since I signed up about 5 weeks ago). EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED.

I don't even know where to start, but I'll begin with the fact that Naturescape showed up at my house on Monday 7/20 to service our lawn. Mind you, this was after an entirely different debacle last week that resulted in corporate calling me to apologize for the attitude of a support rep, plus taking my full payment (3 out 5 application lawn program) and cashing it without even as little as reaching out to say hi and welcome as a NEW customer, etc. So, I paid for fertilizer and weed control, but only received some herbicide t... read more
