I called naturescape because i wanted to aerate my lawn. I called them about 3 months ago. Never heard back from them so i used a local small landscaper to aerate my lawn. I then went on to seed my lawn like crazy. I spent 600$ or more on seed really good seed and my lawn responded really well and looked amazing. Poor at best. Poor service. The service tech rounded corners, therefore; missed a lot of area. He was in such a hurry, he drove over landscaping and ran a large landscape rock into my driveway. In multiple attempts to get the riding machine up an undulation, he torn up the grass. When he did get the manual machine, it was to much for him to handle and ran straight into my fence. I spoke to someone regarding starting service. I originally called during the 3 1/2 weeks ago around 4/12 and requested weed treatment for dandelions. I was told there would be someone out to take care of it within the next week. I called and left a message the next week to confirm service. No one called back. We have been very satisfied with Naturescape service from their Rockford, IL location. They have always been very responsive to our needs and have worked with us satisfactorily when scheduling services. The employees are always very nice and you can tell that they appreciate our business and the referrals we've given them.
I have been with this company for about 5 years, very very happy with them (Schaumburg office). They are courteous and easy to do business with them. I use them for a 5 visit lawn application plus aeration and overseeing. They have the knowledge when I ask questions. My lawn always looks good year after year
MADISON WISCONSIN BRANCH. Absolutely the worst lawn care company I have ever had the misfortune to hire. They completely ruined my lawn when they decided to aerate it straight after two solid days of rain - and despite me requesting them not to do so. I just want to cry at the damage they have done. How they get a decent BB rating is absolutely beyond me.
