Excellent product and people who come to apply are knowledgeable and very nice. We used this company for the past 5 years.
Always on time. Very competitive rates. I used Naturescape at my old house and then tried someone else at our new house. I went back to Naturescape after the first year and haven't looked back since!
I have lived hear for over 30 years and never have i had the compliments on my yard and how good it looks the way it is now. good Job and thank you

Windy day - spraying fertilizer on yard. Smells aweful! Lots of people outside nearby doing yard work & kids playing. No consideration to others at all. Not a happy neighbor in Hudsonville’s Georgetown Forest. Do not recommend these folks.
Hired naturescape to maintain my lawn. I had put down 10 pallets of centipede grass. After 3 years, I have almost no centipede and over30 types of weeds. They were treating my yard as if it were in Ohio. I live in South Carolina. I do not recommend them.
Emailed about my front yard looking bad on 4/10/2020. Received answer that Paula would put in service call on 4/14/2020. Heard nothing since. Emailed on 4/21/2020 about what was going on. Heard nothing back. Called office and talked to Paula about it.13 days have gone by and no answers. Got excuses about “wind day and snow day” delayed it. Customer Satisfaction says nothing about 2 weeks or more. Within 72 business hours it should be done. That would be at the latest Wednesday 4/15. I am not happy with the service.No feedback from lead technician. My lawn looks worse.
Contracted for aeration, over seeding and lawn application. Payment was made to them late September and no services were ever performed. I continued to check in when the services would be scheduled and they would never identify the date. I finally cancelled the service in early November after the snow and freezing temperatures. They told me the service could still be performed this year. How do you aerate frozen ground through 4" of snow? What is grass seed going to do other than rot over the winter? I signed up for this service earlier this spring. I requested three treatments and then in September, I signed up for their aeration service. By the end of October I had only received two of my treatments and had not received the aeration treatment which they told me would be completed by the end of September. Because is was so late in the year and I was supposed to receive the third treatment in September, I cancelled the third treatment. Two days later they applied the treatment anyways.
