excellent service, they call ahead to let me know when they will be out weather permitting. Been a few times when I had to wait because of the weather but otherwise great service. The employees at Merrillville explained what my lawn needs and how to treat it. Lawn looks great keep up the great work!

So far so good. I'm a new customer and have tried other companies in the past so was hesitant to commit again, but I am pleasantly surprised. Our lawn is lush and thick and green, and the weeds are withering. We have had issues with invasive creeping Charlie and clover and for the first time in years we haven't had to spot treat our lawn. The location we are serviced by is Madison, and I look forward to seeing our lawn progress this season.

I would not recommend this company for Service. They are very pleasant while you are considering purchase a plan, but non responsive when you reach out with concerns. We keep hearing we are on a "list" for reapplication even though satisfaction is advertised as being guaranteed. Was also told a regional manager would follow up to our multiple calls and that did not occur. We have already paid for a season and our yard looks terrible.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Save your money! When trying to get scheduled for 1st visit (after pd) they strung us along for over 3 wks. One day for 1st application they just show up at 7 am unannounced. 2nd application a new employee didn’t know to shut the machine off when stopped. This company is non responsive, does not return calls. Their service consistently came late in the day - AFTER I had already removed snow myself for our very small condo association. We are on a walking route to the train, so it is important to do our removal early in the day. After the last straw this season, the company called, left me a message, and said they would not be able to accommodate our request to be moved into an earlier time slop on their schedule. I live in Omaha, Ne, and this will be my 3rd year with Naturescape. The employees are kind and explained all care that my lawn required. It now looks amazing and weed free with their help. Several neighbors had joined last fall after seeing how great my lawn looked. The pricing was much better that the service I used before.
Naturescape Lawn Care has been taking care of my yard for about 8 years. They do an excellent job! They are prompt, courteous, and my yard looks great! I highly recommend them. Before they started doing my yard it was mostly weeds. Within 2 years it was a great looking yard. I was impressed! Their mosquito control is great too.
Naturescape employees are in and out of my property within 3 to 5 minutes, my backyard alone is 3/4 of an acre so really how thorough can one be, the last 2 times they sprayed my lawn, it either rain heavy right before or right after their applications, Really not a satisfied customer
My biggest complaint is they do not take timeframe issues seriously. I had concerns regarding the timeframe for my applications throughout the spring and summer. I finally decided to cancel after my third application since it is October and still needed two applications remaining. The finally offered me ASAP services, but this is too little too late. It’s Wisconsin so we can get snow any time now. I have been told it will take 4 weeks for a refund. I am very concerned that I will not receive it.
