Their service is non-existant - since May through September my grass has been cut 15 times and only the last two have been what I call satisfactory - meaning there were only a few clumps on the grass after cutting. Usually I had to go out and rake up after each cut and the reason I hire someone is because I am 77 and cannot do it anymore myself, I wish I could, it would save me a lot of aggravation. HORRIBLE!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT MY TROUBLE. I haGET THEM TO COME OUT TO SPRAY THE FIRST TIME; AND WHEN A GUY FINALLY CAME OUT, HE INSTANTLY AGREED THAT THE LAWN HAD NOT BEEN SPRAYED. Horrible service!! Do not recommend, and it will take them forever to resolve your complaints. They are always behind in treatments and would not be on a consistent spray schedule. We still had crabgrass, and thistles everywhere but they were able to kill all of our bushes and flowers however. It took this company over 3 months to reimburse us for all of the damage they caused even after we had told them they were not to come and spray any more back in June. It is now the end of September. Naturescape has killed a significant portion of our lawn this summer. Follow up has been a long list of excuses. They can kill grass and alfalfa, weeds not so much. Also do not show up for the first service until end of May. Would not recommend Naturescape.

This company is good for cutting grass and snow removal but at my house the company seems to like messing up one thing or two lately. Recently after having my lawn sprayed for pesticide they leave their little signs not to walk on the grass. Fine, but next time someone comes to cut my lawn and my neighbors, that person drove right over that sign and shredded it to pieces that were not picked up until after I called and complained about it. We have been with Naturescape for 12+ years in Minneapolis, the service this year has been horrible. Our second application(weed killer) which should have been done in Late May early June, it took place the last week in July. We were told the next application could not happen before 21 days or the fertilizer could burn our lawn. They are coming out on Monday (20 days). I'm among many customers that have not received their lawn application services on time. First one was 05/10/18 so that's o.k. However, I had to call several times to receive my 2nd application which was finally done on 07/05/18. Now it is August 8th & still no 3rd application. I have used their services for many years and always pre-paid in advance the previous year. Always have been totally happy with them until this year. I have been a customer for about 10 years and often recommended them to others. I don't know what has happened this year, but the lawn service and customer service is terrible. I prepaid last winter for 5 applications. We had a snowstorm in April that delayed the first application until May 3. The second application hasn't happened yet, despite multiple phone calls and even a personal visit to the office! We’ve used this company’s service for several years and last year the issues began. They are habitually late on their application. Their website and mail advertisements claim they complete their application in March/April, May/June, July/August, August/September and then a last one in October. Two years in a row now they have not adhered to that timeframe. This year they completely skipped the May/June application. Everyone in our neighborhood who uses their service are just getting this application in mid July! False advert... read more
