I signed up and paid for 5 services in March. I did receive one service. However, trying to get them to perform the second service in the time frame as they have stated on their website is proving to be difficult. I had called and spoke with the local office and was told that I was in fact overdue and would be scheduled no later than 7 days. Seven days passed and no service. I have been a customer for several years. Early this spring I called and asked for an analysis of my yard because I had so many bare spots. I was told that on the day of my first application, that would be done. (I requested this review in several emails. The first application finally came many weeks later.) No analysis was done. The Janesville, WI location is unresponsive. I have spoken with them multiple times about my poor service, I am promised a resolution, then nothing really happens. I have prepaid and either they need to do what is committed in the agreement around aeration and pest spraying or I want and deserve a FULL refund. Call your customers back when you mess up!
After 10+ years of satisfied service, this company has lost my business due to poor customer service. I had to call four times to get a follow up treatment for weeds and despite it being scheduled a couple of times, no one ever came out to service. I tried talking with managers but never got a satisfactory response/solution. They were apologetic but never offered to just come out and do the treatment themselves.

We have used Naturescape for the past several years. I have always been very happy with the job they do, the way our lawn looks, and the customer service I have received. If I have ever had an issue with an area of my lawn that I felt needed repeat treatment, I called and someone always came out within a very reasonable amount of time for a reapplication or it was addressed further at their next visit. I submitted this review on a different website on 5/18/18: Received a bill 1/18/18 for the 5 lawn care program. Prepaid on 2/13/18. Today is 5/18/18 and I have not had one lawn application. Our neighbors (different companies) have all received their first applications. 5 lawn care applications and it is already the middle of May. When I called the company 2 weeks ago, they stated they were a little behind because of the snow storm. I have NOT heard anything from them since. Very disappointed. Scheduled an aeration in the Fall of 2017 and put flags by sprinkler heads and underground downspouts. The technician ran over and cracked two of the underground downspouts despite being flagged. I have called numerous times to have Naturescape rfollow through on their proposed remedy. Each call results in a run-a-round with the person answering the phone and stating at the end of the call that a manager will get back to me. Have yet to get a follow up call telling me when things will be fixed.

all the other lawn care services in my area have done there customers yards weeks ago mine looks terrible you are going to have a hard time getting mine caught up to the look of all of my neighbors there's look great they are mowing there's for the second time and I don't even have much grass you need to work weekend etc or whatever you have to to catch up we are working long hrs and weekends to get are customers there RVs delivered.
