Me and my family were having some issues here on Clayberg Rd. We have had people recommend Chris to us, but we never really gave it much thought. We called Mr Rooter, and sure enough it was Chris Parlett. He asked what the problem was, we told him and it seemed like he knew what to do immediately after saying the problem. He did his work and explained it to us and it was exactly what he thought. He was one of the most professional people I have ever seen do their job. Would recommend to others!!

I called Mr. Rooter on Thursday evening about the plumbing not draining in my rental property. I spoke with Barbie and she said that she could get someone out around 11pm which was awesome, or the next day which I decided to go with. So they sent a real professional gentlemen named (Chris Parlett). He was promt polite and very professional. He was very informative and helpful while doing his job. I called Mr. Rooter Monday morning to help find the problem with the drains . I was afraid that I would have to wait until the next day, but he was here about 1:30..The young man that came to my rescue was Chris Doss. He and his assistant were very nice . Mr. Doss explained to me everything he was doing to find the problem..
