He replaced my water tank immediately.He was nice and professional and had his mask on the whole time. RecommendedMr. Rooter/Seattle responded very quickly. When I called and they asked when I wanted their tech to show up I said, jokingly, “Today”. They said, “Okay.” We set up the visit for the following morning and all of their communication was great. The tech showed up the next morning. He was very thoughtful, thorough, and efficient. I will definitely be calling them again in the future.

We have used Mr Rooter for almost 10 years. I write this review with much conflict because I think the technicians that work at Mr Rooter are amazing and I have no complaint with them. My complaint is with the salesmen and the owner, who refused to hear me out when I asked to speak with her. Four years ago my husband and I bought our house only to find out that the main sewer line was failing. We paid $16,000 to Mr Rooter.
