RecommendedI had a flooded basement, I called a 24/7 Big name plumbing company Saturday evening only to be told I would have to wait until Monday morning to have them look at it. I called Mr.Rooter Sunday morning and talked to Cindy , who was very nice and understanding standing of my situation. Chris Doss is awesome!! Every time we’ve had a plumbing problem he has diagnosed it and made sure that when he completes the work that it’s to his satisfaction and what he would expect in his home. That’s the best kind of customer service and why we will always call Mr Rooter for our plumbing needs!

I would recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Mid-Ohio, which I did to a neighbor after Jack Miller left. He is great!! It was cold & the wind didn't help, but he made sure the problem was fixed right. Great company.
Had a toilet that wouldn't shut off. Jake Miller was the technician that came to work on it. He was terrific. Would recommend if you don't know who to call, call Mr Rooter.
