RecommendedChris showed up when he was supposed to. He gave helpful suggestions and was polite. I had confidence in him. He got the multiple jobs done in a timely manner and explained how new items work. He cleaned up and took the trash with him. A great relief to have this work completed so efficiently.
RecommendedAnother great job completed by Chris today! Have had both Chris and Troy do work at hm and on my rental. Both are top notch. My final bills have also been less than I anticipated. MR ROOTER to the rescue. And I have to mention Rita also. She is always friendly and professional. She even calls to let you know when the guys are on their way.

We were most impressed with the Timothy Powell and how he handled our incident with a drain problem. Other than that, we will never use Restoration again. After they left the contractor found things not done and things that were done in a sloppy manner.

This is the WORST COMPANY!! They were called out to fix a leak in my house on 09/27/20, and they came out to assess the damage on 09/30/20. They told me that there was a part that they needed to order to fix my leak. I haven't heard from them or the technician since the 30th. I have had to CALL them repeatedly, to no avail. No one can tell me what it going on, or why it is taking so long, etc. I have a giant hole in my wall that I can't close until the plumbing is fixed, but they refuse to even contact me.
