We called to have someone come out on a Sunday- because there is no additional fee for weekend times- the lady that scheduled me didn’t put me in for Sunday so we waited around for 2 hours for no reason. They explained we were scheduled for Monday instead. So my boyfriend stayed awake after working third shift on Monday for them to show up. For 1 shower installation of water handles they wanted $650. Rich was awesome! We had a pressure problem in our model home trailer at our camp sight. We explained to Rich everything that we had tried to fix the issue. Within 5 minutes, he found the problem and fixed the pressure. We are so glad we received someone with so much knowledge. We will definitely call again and request Rich if we have any other plumbing issues, and recommend him to our camping neighbors.
